We held our first training day for our trade customers on Wednesday 16th August 2023 and what a great day it was.
We last held a training day in March back at our old premises, so it felt like a lifetime ago since we welcomed people to come and brush up on their fitting knowledge.
Our training days give an insight into our manufacturing process for both ranges of shutters, with a factory tour to begin the day. It’s good to show people that the name British Made Shutters isn’t just a name, we really do manufacture all our shutters on site.
After the tour, we dive straight into the surveying & fitting of our shutters, answering any questions and showing exactly what we would do as if we were fitting the shutters in a customers’ home.
There are plenty of refreshments and food provided on the day and we like to allow plenty of breaks to keep everyone focused.
With the fitting of the shutters completed, we give an overview of our ordering portal from creating a quote all the way through to submitting an order.
